Holm One Launch Event Highlights Holm Developments’ First Project in Jumeirah Garden City

Holm Developments introduced its first residential project, Holm One, during an industry event at Atlantis The Royal attended by more than 500 brokers and partners. The launch marks the developer’s formal entry into Dubai’s real estate sector and outlines the direction the company plans to take with its upcoming projects.

During the event, Mr. Sergey Avayan, CEO of Holm Developments, and Mr. Mahmud Raad, Chief Development & Delivery Officer, delivered speeches that outlined the goals behind Holm One and the broader strategy for the company’s early portfolio. They also confirmed that 55% of the project’s units have already been sold, an indication of strong buyer interest at this early stage.

As part of the presentation, Holm Developments unveiled the project’s scale model, providing a detailed look at the building’s architecture, internal layout, and overall design intent. The model served as the main visual reference for the development’s eight-storey structure and its placement within Jumeirah Garden City.

Holm One will feature 218 fully furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments, designed with a contemporary interior palette and integrated smart-home systems. Planned amenities include a temperature-controlled swimming pool, landscaped outdoor areas, a gym and yoga studio, as well as co-working and social spaces for residents.

Located between DIFC and the Jumeirah coastline, the development provides easy access to Downtown Dubai, City Walk, major commercial areas, and the beach.

Construction is underway, and the project is scheduled for handover in 2028.
